La Ballesta is a youth choir linked to the Escola Municipal de Música de Callús. Originally founded as Cor Jove, it takes its current name from a symbol of the local caramelles tradition. In 2023, the choir participated in Europa Cantat in Belgium, bringing this tradition to the streets of Ghent.
