Accommodation

To make your stay in Girona easier, the festival has reserved several accommodation options for participating choirs, both in the city itself and in the surrounding area. You can also look for accommodation on your own if you prefer.

All options have been selected to ensure comfortable and suitable conditions for children’s groups, while keeping prices as affordable as possible. You will find different types of accommodation —university residences, hostels, and hotels— with services adapted to the needs of each choir.

Accommodation bookings are managed directly through the festival organisation, via a separate form available at the bottom of this page.

To request accommodation, you must first be registered for the festival. The accommodation booking request will open on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 at 5 p.m., and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Summer camp houses

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is included in the accommodation price. Hotels and hostels provide breakfast on site, while university residences will offer a breakfast pack.

SHUTTLE BUS

In two of the summer camp houses, a shuttle bus service will be provided at no extra cost, with two daily trips (in the morning and at night).

The other accommodations are accessible on foot or by public transport, except for Can Caballé, which is reserved only for choirs that have their own bus available.

Terms & conditions

General

  • Festival accommodation is offered as an optional service and is subject to availability. We will do our best to assist you, but accommodation cannot be guaranteed for all participants.
  • You need to be registered for the festival before requesting accommodation.
  • After submitting the accommodation form, we will let you know within a few days whether your chosen accommodation is still available, or suggest an alternative if it is no longer available.
  • The places are limited. The date of your accommodation form submission sets the order of processing.

Advance payment

  • As soon as your accommodation is confirmed, we will send an invoice for the reservation advance of €80 per person. This must be paid within 4 weeks (from the invoice date) in order to keep your reservation active.
  • The reservation advance is only partly refundable. Cancellations (of the whole choir or individuals) before 1 March 2026: 50% refund. Cancellations after 1 March 2026: no refund (unless the cancellation is made by the organisers).
  • If you fail to pay the reservation advance within 4 weeks of the invoice date, the accommodation will be released for other groups.

Balance payment

  • In April 2026, an invoice will be sent for the payment of the remaining registration fee, festival accommodation, and festival meals, which must be paid before 1 June 2026.
  • This remaining payment will be fully refunded in case of cancellations (group or individual) before 1 June 2026, except for €20 per person in administration fees (maximum €200 per choir). It will not be refunded after 1 June 2026, except if the organisers cancel.

Others

  • We will ask for a deposit/guarantee of €300 per choir, to be paid before 1 June 2026. It will be refunded after the festival. If members of your group cause damage to the festival accommodation, or if the accommodation is left dirty and an extra cleaning team must be hired, these costs will be deducted from your deposit.
  • If you book your own accommodation, the specific booking and cancellation rules of your chosen accommodation will apply.
